“Rifugio Isola Del Sole is honored and appreciative of the generosity of these talented artists in bringing awareness to our cause.” replied Jonathan Weed, advisor at the animal sanctuary. “Every dollar helps us, especially in this challenging time – from simply feeding the animals to helping develop our educational platform.”

Rifugio Isola Del Sole is an Italian nonprofit cultural association (ASD) defending animal rights and welfare through education and rediscovery of values in a dynamic and fun environment. Founded in 2019, their mission is to address the overpopulation of stray dogs through a campaign of free sterilizations and to help abandoned or distressed animals. Today, the Rifugio serves as a home for over 50 rescue animals and is developing educational courses for the community to help combat the large stray animal population in Sicily.
