Sunday, March 19th, 2017 marked the 35th anniversary of the passing of Randy Rhoads in a tragic plane accident while on tour with Ozzy Osbourne and the Blizzard of Ozz band on March 19th, 1982.
The 3 hour commemorative show took place at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills, CA at 8pm.
The house band (“The Madmen”) included legendary bassist and Quiet Riot and Ozzy band mate Rudy Sarzo, Brian Tichy (formerly of Ozzy, Whitesnake, Foreigner & Billy Idol) on drums, Dewey Bragg (MOTH, Kill Devil Hill) on vocals and Steve Ferlazzo (Soundcheck Live Founder, Drama Gods, Nuno, Avril Lavigne) on keyboards.
