John Lennon was honored at a public birthday celebration on October 9, 2016 at his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star. Music, poetry, birthday cake and the decorating of John Lennon’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star took place as Lennon and Beatles fans of all ages came together at 6:00 PM to remember and honor the late legendary singer, songwriter and peace advocate on his 76th birthday.

Lennon’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star is located in front of the Capitol Records Tower Building alongside individual stars from his former Beatles band members, George Harrison, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr at 1750 Vine Street, Los Angeles 90028, just north of Hollywood Blvd.
