World’s Greatest Tribute Bands 4/20’s the Pink Bong to end Season 6

AXS TV’s World’s Greatest Tribute Bands show concluded its season 6 with a spark and a ceremonial bong hit with its featured band “Which One’s Pink? – A Tribute to Pink Floyd” all falling on the cosmic date of 4/20. So it was no surprise that once again host & producer Katie Daryl waved her Potter-style wand and conjured up a superbly orchestrated and magical moment inside the legendary room of the Whisky A Go Go. W1P (acronym) could be the true crown bearer of a Worlds Greatest Tribute Band for one reason only, they make you forget almost immediately from the first cord notes that you are NOT listening to Pink Floyd themselves. The band is a tightly knit group of musical craftsmen and vocalists which includes Paul Samarin, Scott Richards, Allen Moreno, Dan Johnson, Larry Isenberg, Nick Feduska, Marty Brumer, Natalie Azerad & Sharon Fatoorechi rounding out the sweet harmonies and background vocals. And with all due respect to everyone else in the band. Natalie Azerad and her solo vocal performance of “Great Gig in the Sky” nearly tore the roof off the joint.

The band was the perfect choice to end another glorious season of fantastic tribute bands and further proving true musicianship, talent and dedication are at the heart of all these tributes and the WGTB show is and has been a remarkable spotlight and showcase to honor those handsomely chosen to take the legendary stage of the Whisky A Go Go.
