Steel Panther (previously Metal Shop and Metal Skool) has been around the Sunset Strip since 2000 having had weekly residencies at the Viper Room, Key Club and House of Blues Sunset. After the House of Blues Sunset closed in 2015, Steel Panther would play the Fonda Theater, Whisky A Go Go, The Roxy, and even return to the Viper Room.
