
The career of music legend John Mayall has spanned over 50 years. It was 50 years ago (April, 1965) that Eric Clapton joined John Mayall and the Bluesbreakers. Jack Bruce also joined, which led to the formation of Cream. Peter Green, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac were also members, as was Mick Taylor, who went on to be a member of the Rolling Stones.
